Dealing with Toxic Personalities
Difficult people exist at work, as in all facets of life, and they come in every variety. The bad news is: you can’t change these individuals. The good news is: there are many productive things you can modify in order to make your work environment more pleasant. Facilitated by Alexandra Glumac, Workforce Development Specialist for South Suburban College, this presentation will provide constructive suggestions for dealing more effectively and positively with toxic personalities. Participants will be able to identify different disruptive personas and devise constructive ways to interact with such personalities.
