Bowl-a-thon Fundraiser
Southwest Community Services, Inc., providing services to adults and children with developmental and physical disabilities and to adults with mental illness, hopes to fill the Tinley Park bowling alley with friends, family, and community members to raise funds to assist with the rising cost of providing services to their consumers. The cost to each bowler is $50.00, however asking a few friends and relatives for pledges will assist with the cost. Business owners are needed to sponsor bowlers. Registration forms, sponsor sheets, and envelopes for pledge donations are available. What we can do in one day will improve the lives of hundreds!

Registration ? 11:30 a.m.
Lunch served at 12:00p.m.
Bowling (3 games) begins at 1:00p.m.
You must be registered to bowl.
Prizes: Cash prizes for highest pledge donations and for top bowling scores in four age categories
Raffle: Digital Camera
